All ready made stock pieces will be posted within 48hrs.
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Next Day depending on your preference
International Orders sent via Royal Mail International Tracked
Returns
I am confident you will love your new headpiece, however if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email astrid@empressiveheadwear.com as soon as possible and have the item, unused and in its original condition sent back within 14 days using the original box and packaging.
I will only refund the original postage if the item is damaged or faulty.
Please be aware I cannot refund original shipping costs if you have changed your mind. Please note bespoke commissions are non returnable.
Damaged or faulty goods
Should you happen to recieve a damaged or faulty headdress please get in touch as soon as possible with photos and we can discuss if you would like the item fixed or refunded. Refunds will be issued once I receive the item back.
Repairs
Should your headdress have a little too much fun and need some TLC I will fix it for free. I just ask that you pay the shipping charges. Please contact astrid@empressiveheadwear.com to arrange this.
